Q: What brands do you have in stock?

We have all the latest from popular brands such as Rheem, Dux, Aquamax, Zip through to Solarhart, Steibel and Vulcan. If you have a particular brand in mind, we can also get it for you.

Q: What is the extent of your delivery service?

For spare parts, we deliver Australian Wide FREE.

For Hot Water Systems being delivered, we will organise a time with you once your order is placed, and payment has been received.

Sydney & Wollongong Metro Areas only.

For all spare parts, allow 2-10 business days for delivery nationally.

Q: Do all you parts carry a warranty?

Yes. All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: My hot water pressure relief valve makes an unusual sound. Could there be something wrong with it?

This could either be due to a defective hot water relief valve or your water company may have installed a meter with a check valve. Another possible cause for this is due to increased water pressure.

Q: When do I have to replace my hot water system?

Typically when your water heater is 10 years or older.

Q: Can I install the parts myself?

For Safety reasons you need to have all parts installed by a licensed Plumber or Electrician.
